The Olivetti room is dedicated to the historical typewriter factory of Ivrea. We chose Italo Calvino to represent it: one of the most important Italian writers of the mid-twentieth century. He was a prolific author of essays, short stories, novels and novellas. Therefore, you’ll find a small selection of his works in different languages in the room.
Obviously, there’s also a typewriter: it could only be a Lettera 22. Feel free to use it and send a postcard to your friends or, why not, maybe to write your first short story!

The room measures around 18 sq m and includes a double bed, air-conditioning and bathroom with shower.
